It's that time of year again- Grand Bay Building and Remodeling has an exciting project in the Showcase of Remodeled Homes this weekend Oct 1st and 2nd. Our customers have graciously allowed their home to be open for your visit. This project is a second floor addition built for entertaining complete with a custom Irish Pub bar. Included in this remodel is a fabulous new Trex Transcends three tiered deck with glass railing overlooking an awesome view of East Bay.
Location: 16690 Whispering Pines Trail Traverse City MI. Victor and I will be on site Saturday 12-6pm and Sunday 12-5pm.
